This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with JPM Hygiene Products Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) are processed and delivered.
We ship products across India to locations serviceable by our logistics partners.
Shipping charges are included in the product prices.
No additional shipping fees are applied during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may vary based on volume, product availability, or business holidays.
Delivery time depends on:
Customer location
Courier availability
Operational conditions
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Once shipped, the Buyer will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if applicable).
If the courier fails to deliver due to the Buyer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details:
The Buyer is responsible for coordinating with the courier.
No cancellations or refunds will be issued for undelivered shipments.
If the outer packaging appears damaged:
Capture photos and videos immediately
Inform us within 24 hours at jpmhygiene@gmail.com
Note: Damage claims are handled at our discretion.
As per company policy:
Cancellations & refunds are not allowed in any case.
Orders once placed cannot be reversed.
