We ship products across India to locations serviceable by our logistics partners.



2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are included in the product prices.

  • No additional shipping fees are applied during checkout.




3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may vary based on volume, product availability, or business holidays.




4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier availability

  • Operational conditions


Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.



5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, the Buyer will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if applicable).



6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier fails to deliver due to the Buyer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details:

  • The Buyer is responsible for coordinating with the courier.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued for undelivered shipments.

If the outer packaging appears damaged:

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As per company policy:
Cancellations & refunds are not allowed in any case.
Orders once placed cannot be reversed.
